About Antoinette

I'd describe my personality as curious, passionate, and reliable. There are three main reasons why I like working with kids. They often have fresh perspectives and their joy of discovery is contagious. I also have a playful, youthful spirit and enjoy imaginative play and activities that allow me to be creative and silly. And finally, the babysitters and teachers that watched me when I was younger truly impacted the person I have become today. And I, too, hope to leave a good, memorable impression on the kids I watch! I started working with kids when I was 13! I took a babysitting class in 8th grade because I loved kids and wanted to become a babysitter. Later on, I started working at a summer camp where I was a camp counselor. At camp, I planned and supervised fun activities for kids aging from 5 to 13! In my spare time, I like to read on my kindle, hang out with friends, watch sports, take pictures, and discover new places around Philly!
