Hi there, my name is Ann and I am 26 years old! I am a very hard working and reliable individual. Growing up with 7 siblings provided early on experience that led to a love of childcare and a passion to work with families in this profession. I have 6 years of full time, professional nanny experience and 2 years of babysitting, part time gigs and other childcare related jobs. During this time, I have worked almost entirely with infants (as young as 4 weeks!) and toddlers. I have really grown in knowledge and understanding of these age groups. I am committed to fostering a warm, nurturing and encouraging environment for your children, while working closely with you and your family to ensure all needs are met. My rates vary based on expectations and number of kiddos, but start at $20/hr. I am currently working full time M-F for another family, but am looking to add more hours in the evenings or weekends! I cannot say enough good things about Ann. She became our nanny when I went back to work and my daughter was only 3 months old. I don't trust many people to look after my kids but I, truly, trusted Ann more than my own family members. She follows every instruction I have given her regarding my daughter's wake windows, eating patterns, nap times, etc. She helped my baby establish good sleep habits, and even offers to do my kiddos' laundry while baby naps. My husband works from home and mentions hearing our baby and Ann always giggling and playing. Our daughter absolutely loves Ann and always smiles when she walks in the door. It brings me so much comfort knowing my baby is being cared for by a loving nanny when I'm away at work. Words can't explain how grateful I am for Ann, and her next family is beyond lucky to have her!
