She doesn't seem to be professional. During our job interview she showed lot of interest in the job and said she's ready to start. we talked about sharing her drivers license information as the job involves driving. I have sent her several texts and didn't get any reply post interview. I would consider her to be a responsible person if she could just reply back with whatever response she has , whether not interested anymore or any other reasons to not accept the job.
