The non-profit I work for focuses on social emotional learning and healthy activities for youth in Chicago Public Schools. I currently work in fundraising, but I still often find myself working with youth. I have over a decade of experience working as a nanny, youth sports instructor, literacy teacher, volunteer, summer camp counselor, etc. I grew up in a large family (the only girl of six kids), so I am very active and easygoing. I worked as an Education Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic for 2 years after college.
