I'm a compassionate, cheerful, and nurturing young professional who loves working with kids because of their curiosity. I find it rewarding to create environments that encourage them to reach their fullest potential. In other words, I'm not looking for a family who just wants me to keep their child safe. I want to maintain the same enriching and character-building environment that parents with high standards provide when they are with their kids. I've been in human services for over 10 years, including 6 years working with children, and 1 year specializing in infants. I love reading about child care and I stay current with evidence based best practices. I'm an active listener who guides high expectations through clear boundaries.
