When watching our child, every day she takes him out to the park, library, pool, mall or other outing. She returns home for lunch and a nap, and cleans the house or does the laundry while he sleeps. She's instilled good habits in our son, getting him to nap on his own, say "please" and "thank you," and encouraging him in age-appropriate activities. She has been thorough and diligent in monitoring his health. She's given him medication as instructed a couple of times, and is the only caregiver who has been able to keep his diaper rash from developing-something I can't even do! During the time she has worked with us, she has never once been late or had a last-minute cancellation, which I've really appreciated. When we've needed some flexibility or been late, she has accommodated our needs. It's been a wonderful experience for our son and for us to have her as a nanny, and I recommend Annie without reservation.
