We were incredibly lucky to have Paola care for our three children (ages 7, 4, and 3), and I can confidently say she is the most professional and caring nanny we’ve ever hired. From the moment she started, she built such a natural and loving connection with all three kids — they absolutely adore her! Her sweet and pleasant personality made her a joy to have in our home, and she always brought a calm, positive energy to every situation. Whether it was coming up with fun activities to keep our younger two entertained, or managing meals and bedtime, Paola handled everything with ease, patience, and warmth. One of the things we appreciated most was her flexibility and willingness to help with overnights when needed. Knowing our kids were in her capable, nurturing hands gave us complete peace of mind. I wish we were not moving away! She is also incredibly professional — always on time, great with communication, and respectful of our home and family routines.
