Ana came for an interview about a week ago, and last night we hired her for the first time. She was punctual, and my almost-2-year-old instantly clicked with her! She was caring, and I could tell they had a fun time together. My husband and I had planned to be back by 8:00 and told Anna she didn't need to worry about bedtime, since his bedtime is at 8:00. But unfortunately our appointment ran late, and we didn't get home until 8:45. I felt terrible (especially since it was her first time babysitting for us!) but she was gracious, and even put him to bed for us! Anna for the win! I will definitely hire her again.
