About Aaliyah

Hi! I'm Aaliyah, an enthusiastic and creative caregiver with over 7 years of experience caring for children and infants. I have a Bachelor's in Social Work and have taken coursework in early childhood education. After a few years as a case manager, I realized my favorite part of my job was the one on one time spent with children which promoted my career switch. My favorite age group is 0-3, however I have experience with all ages. I believe in the magic of learning through play and exploration. My focus is on creating a safe, fun, educational and energetic atmosphere where your child can thrive. I love doing crafts, pretend play, encouraging independent time and organizing special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and am dedicated to constantly learning and staying up-to-date with the latest caregiving techniques and methods.
