About Andreya

Andreya is a passionate caregiver with a Bachelor's degree in Youth Development from Rhode Island College. She is currently pursuing graduate studies while working as an Advisor at a college, focusing on guiding and empowering individuals. Andreya has experience working as a nanny for three children with Autism and ADHD, and has dedicated seven years to supporting youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has also worked as a teacher assistant in a daycare, ensuring patience, creativity, and dedication in her caregiving. Andreya is CPR and First-Aid certified, and is comfortable with pets. She is committed to creating a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere that empowers children and teens to reach their full potential. She believes every young person deserves a chance to shine, and she is dedicated to making that happen with warmth, expertise, and enthusiasm.
