My experience with Andrea ended on a very disappointing note. Another caregiver needed time off, and when I asked Andrea if she could cover those shifts, she agreed. However, when the time came to fulfill the commitment, it quickly became clear that she did not consider herself obligated to follow through. At that point, it was too late for me to find someone else, and instead of acknowledging the commitment she had made, she became rude, defensive, and just downright nasty. Her reaction was completely unprovoked and lacked any rational explanation. Despite her past reliability, the way she handled this situation was so bizarre and unprofessional that I would not recommend her under any circumstances.
