About Andrea

I am a post-graduate student with aspirations of becoming a medical doctor. I am interested in the math and sciences but most importantly, I value the interaction and dynamic between tutor and student. The well-known, ah ha moment, students often experience is what fuels my success as an effective tutor. One of my main objectives is to ensure that each student learns at least one thing from our session. Whether it was through guided practice, emotional support, or just a confidence-boost, I always strive for feelings of accomplishment and pride within each student. This is imperative for the student s overall progress and academic growth. However, this can only be achieved through continued practice, discipline, and a consistently positive attitude. These are some of the qualities I stress and instill in my student-tutor interactions.
