I am from Venezuela, came to USA 7 years ago. I'm bilingual where I speak Spanish as first language and English as second. I am an experienced and caring caregiver With four years under my belt, As a stepmom to two girls whom I've raised since they were 4 and 5 years old, I bring personal experience and understanding to my role. I focus on patience, kindness, and good communication. I believe in building positive and respectful relationships with both kids and parents. I keep parents in the loop with daily written reports and regular texts or calls. I'm comfortable following household rules and routines set by the parents. I think kids do best in a structured and predictable environment. I enjoy outdoor adventures and taking walks with kids because I believe active play and getting outdoors is important.
