Hi families!! My experience with children started by doing volunteer work in a daycare. There, I was able to care for kids from babies (6 months) to toddlers (5yo). I have been working with children for the past 7 years now, and I love it! I am highly experienced on following children's routines and schedules. In my work, I believe in being playful, kind, giving good examples (children see, children do), goofy, and loving. I believe in active listening looking children in the eyes and seeing them as who they truly are, not who we want them to be.
