Anastasia has been nannying for our family since our son was just 4 months old, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her. As first-time parents, we were nervous about entrusting our baby to a caretaker, but Anastasia immediately put us at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and deep experience. It’s clear that this work is her passion, not just a job, and it shines through in the incredible care she provides. She is wonderfully in tune with our baby’s needs and has been instrumental in maintaining his feeding and nap schedule. Anastasia is also highly knowledgeable about child development milestones and works proactively with our son to help him meet and prepare for each stage. Whether it’s through talking, singing, or reading to him, the one-on-one attention she gives has undoubtedly supported his growth and development. Beyond caring for our son, Anastasia goes above and beyond in all aspects of her role. She takes initiative with everything from tidying the nursery to organizing our baby’s supplies, often before we even think to ask. Her proactive nature extends to exploring the community with our child; she takes him to weekly storytime sessions and knows more about local kids’ events than we do! We’ve even been impressed by her thoughtfulness in offering to carry an AirTag to ensure we can always stay connected. Our son absolutely adores her, lighting up with joy every morning when she arrives. She is a warm, compassionate, and genuine person who clearly loves children, and her presence has been an incredible reassurance for us as working parents. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our family is moving out of Los Angeles. Saying goodbye to Anastasia when our son reaches 12 months will be one of the hardest parts of leaving. If we could take her with us, we absolutely would—we were truly hoping to work with her for many years to come. We have been thoroughly impressed with Anastasia, and any family would be incredibly lucky to have her as part of their lives.
