Lamara G. is an exceptional caregiver with a natural gift for working with children. Her nurturing spirit, attentiveness, and ability to connect on a personal level make her stand out in every way. She has a calm and patient demeanor that children are instantly drawn to, and she creates a safe, structured, and fun environment that encourages learning and emotional growth. One particular moment that stands out was when Lamara cared for my two young children, ages 4 and 7, during a particularly stressful week while I was dealing with a family emergency. Not only did she maintain their regular routines—preparing meals, helping with homework, and managing bedtime—but she also found creative ways to keep them engaged and comforted. She created a daily “story and craft hour” that the kids absolutely loved, even making hand-made puppets with them to act out their favorite books. Her kindness, consistency, and creativity made a difficult time much easier for all of us. Lamara is reliable, communicates clearly, and always puts the needs and well-being of the children first. She doesn’t just “watch” children—she genuinely cares for them and becomes a trusted part of their lives. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Lamara as their caregiver.
