I am currently a preschool music teacher and in school for flight training. As an experienced childcare provider, I've worked the past decade supporting families and ensuring children's well-being. My passion for caregiving stems from my previous babysitting roles. I am the oldest grandchild of 26 and have had plenty of experience with children of all ages, from a young age myself. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in fostering a positive environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves and learning through play. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring that I understand their expectations and can provide regular updates on their child's day. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead, respecting their parenting style and ensuring consistency for the child.
