About Skylar

I would describe myself as outgoing, communicative, and joyful. I have a pretty large personality and I love being around people. I also think that communication is one of the most important things when it comes to childcare. Whether that is making sure the child is comfortable expressing their feelings or keeping parents in the loop and making sure we are on the same page. Open communication will create the best possible environment. I like working with kids because they are so happy, positive, and silly. I love the way that children see the world and how they tend to believe the best about everything. I love how imaginative they are and how much hope they are filled with. I just love how positive and fun the environment is when children are around. I spend a lot of spare time with my little sister. She is 8 and since I am leaving for college soon she wants to do everything with me. We love riding bikes, swimming, playing tennis, volleyball, and watching Disney movies.
