Hi. My name is Amy. I am a mother of two who are now grown up. I was a stay at home Mom through their childhoods. I am a freelance photographer, mostly of children, family and HS senior portraiture. I am looking to gain more income as I navigate divorce. I was a nanny all through my college years. As a photographer, work with a lot of families, babies, dogs. I believe the infant years are the most rewarding, but can also be the most stressful and tiring. I would like to help with that. I believe in providing help with a healthy schedule with the end goal of "sleeping through the night". Besides wanting a parent to feel like their baby is well cared for and safe, I also think they should feel comfortable knowing that they have healthy stimulation through reading out loud, tactile learning, fresh outdoor air, bonding with the family pet, healthy nutrition, etc. I have a car, don't mind running errands. Also give haircuts on the side (kids, babies, friends)

Amy has been regularly taking care of our baby since he was 10 weeks old (he is now 6 months!). She is truly invaluable. As a new mom, I was determined to find someone who was confident, caring, experienced, and fast-acting when needed. After a 4 week search, we were so fortunate to find Amy! With our baby, she is remarkably nurturing and attentive, always teaching him new things, taking him for walks, and introducing him to music. He always lights up when she arrives. With me and my husband, she is patient, communicative, and reassuring, and as a mother herself, she teaches me new things too! We feel more than safe leaving our son in her care.
