About Amira

Childcare has always been a huge of my life, and a job I feel passionate about and fulfilled by. I started in childcare by working as a mother's helper in middle school, taking on babysitting jobs weekly in middle school, and regularly babysitting along with working at an after school program in high school. I have worked for families taking care of kids from a wide variety of ages. I am comfortable with small children (I have experience with infants and toddlers), as well as older children. I would describe myself as warm, connective, and diligent. I am able to easily adapt to the communication styles, routines and expectations of different families. I also speak Spanish from studying abroad and am open to working with Spanish speaking kids and families!!
