About Sophia

Hi! I'm Sophia, and I'm looking to help out as a part-time nanny, or semi-regular babysitter in the East Bay or SF. I'm available evenings, weekends, and daytime hours and have a car/clean driving record. I graduated with honors from UC Davis where I studied anthropology. I just moved to Berkeley after traveling for 6 months. During part of that time, I was a childcare provider for a family in Hawaii helping take care of their kids and their land. I am now back in school working towards my nursing degree and I'm looking to babysit as I complete those classes. I have 10 years of experience babysitting for kids from 10 months old to middle-school aged. I have also worked with kids with special needs. I get along easily with all types of people and I look forward to supporting your family! I'm a patient, quick-thinking, kind and honest person. As a babysitter, I love being outside with the kids, getting creative with arts and crafts, and being curious together!
