My positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives motivated me to become a caregiver. I communicate with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise using verbal communication at pickup and regular updates via text or phone call, depending on the preferred communication method of the parents. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect for their parenting style.
