As a creative and outgoing childcare provider with 5 years of experience, I'm passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. My journey into caregiving began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my love for helping families be the best they can be. I have experience working with people with IDDs. My approach to childcare is centered around open communication with parents. I believe in regular verbal communication at pickup times and am flexible in adapting to the parents' preferred communication methods. I'm confident in enforcing household rules while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. When it comes to activities with children, I relish the opportunity to play all sorts of games, from educational games to active running around. I'm comfortable caring for up to 5 children of any age. I have reliable transportation to get to and from places but I cannot transport others unless the vehicle is provided.
