About Amani

I have over two years of experience in education, specializing in writing and language arts support. I began my journey as a Teaching Assistant and Writing Center Tutor at Cosumnes River College, where I spent a year helping students improve their writing skills and develop stronger communication strategies. At Sacramento State, I furthered my expertise by serving as a Writing Center Tutor and Instructional Student Assistant, working closely with diverse groups of students to enhance their academic writing and critical thinking abilities. Currently, I am a Teaching Associate with the Elk Grove Unified School District, where I continue to support student learning and growth. My approach is centered on creating a supportive and engaging environment to help students achieve their academic goals.
