About Anel

As a paraeducator in the Elk Grove Unified School District, I provided dedicated support to students with diverse learning needs, assisting in both general and special education classrooms. I worked closely with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs), facilitated small group instruction, and provided one-on-one support to enhance student learning and engagement. My role involved reinforcing lessons, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment where students could thrive academically and socially. Through patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills, I built meaningful relationships with students, helping them develop confidence and independence in their educational journey.
