About Amanda

Hi! My name is Amanda Young! I've loved working with kids for as long as I can remember. From volunteering in various children's and teen's ministries at church, to babysitting, working on staff with a Youth ministry, and substitute teaching; I've had many different experiences working with kids and students of all ages! Through all these experiences, I've found that working with small groups and one on one with students is so special because I'm able to build better relationships, give more and specific encouragement, and just provide better help! I love being able to encourage kids kindly and patiently and help them learn and grow. I'm excited to offer tutoring for Spanish, Music, and Reading, Writing, or Math at the Elementary Level.
