I love working with seniors and always have. I became passionate about working with seniors after my father in law was diagnosed with brain cancer. Growing old is a hard experience and I would like to be able to help clients live each day to the fullest. I am happy to assist with activities of daily living or just being there for someone who otherwise might be alone. I was raised in a church and my husband was a preacher for 10 years. I believe we are to treat others as we would like to be treated and I hope that one day when I need someone to care for me that I will be blessed to find a loving caregiver. I am available for light housekeeping, dressing, meal preparation, toilet needs and bathing. I have been through CNA training but I didn't transfer my certification here to NC. I have been through and passed a Medical Assistant program at Carteret Community College and I am also an Advanced EMT. I know CPR and first aid.
