My name is Jennifer as you saw above! I love working with elder people (just like I love working with children). I grew up living with my grandad (my favorite person of all time!) After I left my hometown in Cuba to move to the U. S, my grandma moved in. She suffers from some health issues, because I was more often than my parents, I had to be the one administrating her medicines. I also have experience in hospice, I volunteered throughout high school at Heartland Hospice, in Jacksonville Florida (I am located in Jacksonville, North Carolina currently). I would love to be a companion to someone in need as I am also a little lonely from time to time given that my husband is in the military (stationed in Camp Lejeune) and I am new to the area and we don't know anyone around. I am bilingual, Spanish is my first language. I am also a beginner in ASL!
