About Allyson

I taught a multi-age cross-categorical classroom for 23 years working with students certified as Learning Disabled, Emotionally Impaired, Speech and Language Impaired and Cognitively Impaired. I was a Teacher Consultant and Resource Room teacher for the last 10 years working with 2nd to 5th grade in small groups or within general education classroom. I am very familiar with the common core standards. In June of 2017, I decided to retire but still enjoy working with children. During the 2020-21 school year I worked daily with a 9th grade student to help him navigate on-line learning. This past school year, I assisted him with homework 3 to 4 days a week. I am fully vaccinated. In addition to tutoring services, I am able to offer recreational activities if needed. I can also run errands and help with household chores.
