I have 10+yrs of experience, & I was actually an LPN for over 6 years, working in an assisted living facility, however it just wasn't for me. (I did let my license expire & not renew; but you can look it up officially online to verify that I was a licensed nurse. Being a private home aide, I get to deliver bedside manner & when I was a nurse, it was more about paperwork stress. I love to take care of people & have a soft spot particularly for the elderly, they can get very lonely. Often, they want someone to talk & spend time with. I'm patient, gentle, & enjoy cooking. I enjoy activities, & would love to find out what they like to do to keep happy, whether it's crafts, puzzles, board games, etc! I have a few copies of background checks (incl. driving), & I am more than willing to provide these to families interested.

Ally was with us for over a year and we were so sad to see her move out of the area. She is an amazing caregiver, compassionate, gentle and kind hearted. She helped with my Dad with his Dementia and Parkinson's and we highly recommend her for your family.
