I'm passionate about caring for children and have over a year of experience as a childcare provider. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent communication. I provide regular updates on their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure their comfort and convenience. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring the children in my care follow them consistently. I believe that structure and routine are important for children's development, and I work to create a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive.
