Hi, My name is Neomi, I'm a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with 20 years of experience. My passion for caring for children stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I believe in supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option that gives parents peace of mind. I'm known for my patient and calm personality. I'm also friendly and approachable, making it easy for children to feel comfortable and safe in my care. I prioritize open communication with parents and provide written daily reports and verbal updates at pickup. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring children understand and follow them. I have raised 7 children and just dropped our last one to Dallas at school!! We are so proud of her !
