About Allison

I am extremely passionate, energetic, creative and responsible. My background is in theatre arts and event production and I have explored that in a variety of ways. One of my favorite avenues for my creativity is working with kids! In addition to extensive babysitting in both New York City and Austin, I have taught youth acting and improv classes and have also directed many youth musicals. The skills I have learned in these spaces have helped me greatly in my approach to babysitting and caring for a child or adult at any age. I am always creative in my approach (within the bounds of what is being asked of me) and I find this really sets me apart as a caregiver. No one person is alike, and it is my aim to make each child or person I care for feel special and unique. This helps to build trust quickly allowing me to carry out the necessary responsibilities of my caregiving. I have an extremely flexible schedule and am open to consistent and also short-term jobs.
