About Allie

As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of young minds. With two years of experience, I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of children while providing reliable support for their families. I am currently pursuing a career working as a pediatric Occupational Therapist. My calm and creative personality allows me to connect with children and engage them in a variety of activities, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational apps. I prioritize open communication with parents, using written daily reports and verbal updates during pickup or through their preferred method of communication. Regarding household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead to ensure consistency and a harmonious environment for the child. My diverse skillset includes First Aid and CPR training, as well as coursework in Early Child Development. I am also an avid swimmer and would be thrilled to share my love for the water!
