As a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with two years of experience, I am passionate about caring for children's growth and development. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. Along with this, I believe in aligning with the parents' approach to ensure consistency for the child when it comes to enforcing household rules. My enthusiasm for various games, including outdoor sports, board games, arts/crafts, and educational activities, helps me engage children in both fun and educational experiences. My main goal is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment. With some college education under my belt and additional coursework in early child development, I am committed to staying updated on best practices in childcare. My fluency in both English and Spanish allows me to communicate effectively with diverse families.
