I live in Red Bank and am open to new babysitting, nannying or pet care jobs. I have 13 years of professional nannying experience and a background in childcare before that. My approach is rooted in Montessori principles, and I focus on helping children become independent, confident, and capable. A cornerstone of my approach is setting clear, consistent boundaries and I believe that structure is essential for healthy development. While I'm firm in my approach, I always prioritize what is psychologically appropriate for each stage of a child's growth.
