Hi! I'm a full-time nanny in Rumson, going on almost four years with my current family (3 boys - ages 5/7/10). I studied Child Policy & Advocacy at Montclair State, where I learned to approach childcare with a practical and thoughtful mindset. I have experience with children of all ages but thrive with school-aged sibling sets. I focus on creating structure, fostering independence, and supporting children's development in a way that works for each family.
