I worked previously as a pre-school/daycare teacher then had the pleasure of extending my work in childcare, becoming a private nanny for some wonderful families. I enjoy bringing my love of art, music, outdoor activities, and so much more to those I get the pleasure to know! I believe children should have a positive and memorable experience in learning and growing, so I do everything in my power to make that possible for them. I aim to create a welcoming, safe space for children to be themselves, where they can learn to set & respect boundaries and grow and ask for help when facing new challenges, all while being/feeling cared for and loved in the process! Alicia has been our daughter's nanny for over a year, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She arrives early every day, is incredibly conscientious about safety, and often goes above and beyond to help us out around the house. But the most important thing is her warmth and care for our daughter. It's obvious to us that Alicia genuinely loves our daughter, and our daughter clearly loves her. She is kind, responsive, and engaged with her, taking note of her development and emerging personality in a way that makes us feel she truly cares. Alicia has been the nanny of our dreams!
