About Bridget

Hello families! I have a long history working with children in different settings, from being a mother's helper in my neighborhood growing up, to nannying a sweet 5-month-old, to working in an in-home Waldorf inspired preschool with caring for many children in between. My own personal beliefs working with children is to follow their natural desires, and curiosities, creating an environment to support opportunity. Holding strong boundaries is of utmost importance, as well as working as a team with the family, holding the integrity of the family's beliefs, and philosophies. I like to look at each family as having their own 'language', and it is my job to come in and learn the language to create an useful transition of care. I enjoy bringing children to museums, going outside! Helping foster creative and imaginative play, promoting quiet rest, reading, etc.
