I am an aspiring pilot saving up for flight school and am looking to make a one year commitment. I have been in the childcare/behavioral therapy industry for over 5 years. Responsibilities include taking kids out for enriching activities, walks, park outings, light housework duties such as dishes, kid's laundry, general tidying up. I've taken care of kiddos as young as 8 months and kiddos up to 10 years old. I have experience with neurodivergent kiddos as well (autism and adhd) and currently hold a valid Registered Behavioral Technician certification, I have experience with constant elopers, aggressive behaviors, and teaching kiddos appropriate coping mechanisms (emotional self regulation)

Alicia was absolutely fantastic with my 1.5 year old daughter. Not only did she accept the job with extremely short notice (less than a few hours after our normal nanny got sick), she was extremely attentive to my instructions and immediately hit it off with my daughter. My daughter didn't even notice I had left because she was having so much fun with her new friend Alicia. Alicia has a warm demeanor, excellent communication skills, and was extremely professional from start to finish. I will absolutely be hiring her again and highly recommend if you are looking for a dependable child care provider in San Francisco. Can't recommend her enough!
