About Alicia

I graduated from medical assisting school in 2007. I was hired into my internship position and have also worked at an assisted living facility and for a home health agency as well. I have also cared for family members. I did housekeeping, provided personal hygiene care, assisted with mobility, wheelchair transfer, am familiar with hoyer lifts, some wound care, have prepared meals, gave medications, monitored blood sugar, administered insulin, monitored blood pressure among many other things. I also have experience working with those living with Alzheimer's and Dementia as well. I have also cared for an organ transplant recipient as she got back on her feet. I very much enjoy being of service to others. No task is too large or too small. My goal is to insure those I'm caring for while in my care are as happy and healthy as possible.
