Alexus was a student teacher at the Tri-Town Early Childhood Program at Old Rochester Regional High School during the 2014-15 and 2015-16 school years while taking the Early Childhood Education class offered to juniors and seniors at ORRHS. Under my supervision, Alexus was responsible for supporting the development of young children between the ages of 3-5. In that capacity she was responsible, reliable and dedicated to maintaining a safe, engaging and joyful environment for growth and learning. Alexus was scheduled to work in our preschool for 90 minute periods several times a week. She went above and beyond that commitment to assist in the preschool classroom as often as her schedule allowed. It was clear that she enjoyed her work!
