About Alexis

Hello My name is Alexis. I have 13 years' experience working with children/adolescents from newborn to 18. I thoroughly enjoy working with children it allows me to be creative and keeps me young! I also know that it takes patience, flexibility, and responsibility. I have worked at various elementary, middle and high schools in the Richmond area as a mental health counselor and in home counselor. I also baby sit my best friends children ages range from newborn to 12. I've nanny'd consistently through care since 2019. Ages Newborn to 18. I admire how resilient, and optimistic children are, it is rewarding to be a positive role model, while assisting them with making their own decisions and discovering there place in this world. I am very enthusiastic I sing and dance and love to create activities that can get them engaged. I am also good at being laid back for the adolescents that just enjoy their space and don't require entertainment.
