About Alexia

Hello ! I'm an experienced caregiver with 9+ years of experience working with kids. I'm a huge believer that with kids, "All Behavior Is Communication" and that children learn through play and mentorship, and these understandings guide how I care for children. My most key classes to my approach have been Child Dev, Nutrition and Health in the Young Child, and Strategies for Children's Behavior. I do best with neurodivergent children, and my primary selling point is that I am a deeply patient caregiver and I have a genuine passion for childcare that encourages me to continuously seek out new information.
