I'm Eiman. Babysitter for kids, all ages, for 12 years. I have a child development advanced certificate. I have worked with families and daycares. My duties were to play with kids inside and outside games, do some activities, assist with homework, clean the play area, prepare meals and snacks, prepare kids for school, feed them, dress them, and brush their hair and teeth; drive kids to and from the school; to get kids to sleep, read for them stories, and prepare formula for infants. In daycares, my duties were: assist with conducting lessons and activities; manage classroom behavior and utilize redirection techniques for behavior issues; assist kids with general hygiene and potty training; help with serving meals; maintain the organization of the classroom, including cleaning duties such as sweeping and sanitizing toys; ensure the safety and security of children on the playground; conduct observations; and assist with documentation. I'm comfortable with cats only.

Ms E. cared for our infant son for several months until I had to return to the office. We are so sad to see her go and would keep her as long as she wanted to stay with our family. She is an outstanding caregiver. My son absolutely adores her, she is warm and very kind, but also a professional. She has training in early childhood development and after being in her care, my child knows many words, probably over 100. As a professional caregiver, she is CPR certified, extremely punctual, honest, and humble. I did not require any updates, but she instinctively knew to deliver brief updates throughout the day on meals, nap times and other important details. She is very respectful of our home and our desires as mom/dad. She brings her educational training in child development and a special nurturing of our son from being a mother herself. She always kept a positive mood around our child, and was extremely patient with him. To our family, Ms E. is a blessing, and deserves to work with a family who will see her as such.
