About Alexa

Hello! My name is Alexa and I am seeking a part-time childcare job opportunity. I have over 5 years of experience working with children professionally, the last two years of which have been as a rock climbing coach for youth recreational programs and competitive teams at a climbing gym near Park Slope/Boerum hill. Prior to that I worked as a counselor in a crisis center for youth in the foster care system. I graduated from University of Michigan, am trained in CPR, and previously worked as an EMT as well. If you are interested in someone experienced, patient, fun-loving and high energy to spend some time with your little one or young adolescent, please reach out! I would love to chat. Seeking regular weekly hours, and I can be available for occasional weekends and nights as well.
