About Alexandra

I am currently employed at a local, trusted, and well-respected daycare in Richardson, Texas and I have been there for over a year. Because I'm a college student at Collin College, I generally work with children in the after-school program ranging from the ages of 5-12. I tend to be popular with the kids because I enjoy being around them and participating in what they do, but they also respect me because I give respect to them. I help the kids with homework very often so I'm familiar with what children of all school ages are currently learning and a lot of the time they end up teaching me something! They're so smart! Playing with the children is something that I look forward to doing everyday; soccer, basketball, Barbies, you name it! I have worked with well over 150 children in my career and I'm truly sincere when I say that I appreciate all kids and all of their differences and unique qualities. I enjoy learning from them and really listening to what their thoughts are on things. Caring for children has effected my life in such a positive way and even played a major role in what I want my future career to be.
