Michell has been taking great care of our 6-12 month old son for a few months now. She is very sweet! Great communication and sends pictures throughout the day. She is very receptive to feedback if/when I have any. Especially considering my baby is changing and growing so rapidly at this stage. I think this is a great quality in any caregiver. She helps tidy up the house as well which is much appreciated for this working mom! We are blessed to have her and you will be too!
