About Alayna

I have extensive experience working as a special education paraprofessional. I have skills in curriculum adaptation, time management, progress monitoring, problem-solving, and motivational skills I have a strong personal interest in reading and have skills to help with comprehension, fluency, and phonological awareness. I have a passion for helping young children learn how to read and understand what they are reading and watching them grow. I also have a strong personal interest in writing and have strong skills in proofreading, grammar, MLA/APA formatting, helping writers find their writing style, creative writing, and essay writing. I work particularly well with children at the elementary level with their reading and writing skills. I also work well with middle school and high school-aged students with writing assignments and college essay prep.
