About Rebekah

Hi! My name is Rebekah , and I love teaching! I enjoyed home schooling my 7 children for over 15 years, and am currently a full time student obtaining my teaching degree! I have tutored in a variety of settings over the years, and have worked with a variety of learning differences, including ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, high functioning autism, and mental health disorders. I am an empathetic, encouraging person who loves to help students succeed at learning and find their strengths. Some of my areas of expertise include remedial reading and dyslexia, remedial math (elementary and middle school), essay writing tips and tricks, ELA support, and social studies. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my kids, eating ice cream, watching movies, and hiking.
